7. Shipping
We ship within Belgium and selected EU countries.
- Processing time: 2–5 business days
- Delivery times may vary depending on location
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not liable for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Once an order has been shipped, Selah Candles is not responsible for delays, loss, or damage caused by the carrier.
8. Returns & Refunds
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us by email within 14 days of receiving your order.
Returned items must be sent back within 14 days after notifying us.
Refunds will be processed within 14 days after receiving the returned goods.
Conditions:
- Items must be unused and in original condition
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
Exceptions:
- Customized or personalized items cannot be returned
