1. Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with EU consumer law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day you receive your order.

3. Effects of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, excluding delivery costs, without undue delay.
Refunds will be processed using the same payment method.
4. Return Conditions
- Items must be unused and in original condition
- You are responsible for return shipping costs
5. Exceptions
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
